In most cases, the information collected must then be transcribed and sent to the appropriate people.

How it works
It starts with selecting the type of audit and giving it a suitable name. Then, individual questions or commands are created. Next, the standard to which the question / action relates is described: a short text with an attached illustration or a film. Then the type of answer is selected, from simple yes – no, through sets of selectable answers, or a scale.
The questions are grouped into questionnaires, which in turn are included in the audits, after that audits should be linked to the area in which they are to be performed and, of course, a person to lead the audit should be assigned.
Division of work with eAudit
Work with the system is divided into two parts. The first is the administrative management of audits (tours). Starting from formulating questions, through creating audits, planning their execution, checking deadlines and analyzing the results. All Non-conformities will also be processed in this section. The second is the mobile part: it is used to carry out audits, inspections, checks, tests etc.
